Return Policy

At Mila Jade Boston, we do everything we can to ensure customer satisfaction. However, it may occur that you wish to return a product. This policy clearly explains our return conditions and process.


Conditions for Returns

  • A return request can only be made after the item has been physically received.

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping and any customs duties.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached.

  • Trying on an item is allowed; wearing or prolonged use is not permitted.

  • Orders that were deliberately placed in multiple sizes or variants with the intention of partial returns are not eligible for return.


Return Process

  1. Register your return request by emailing info@milajadeboston.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. After approval, you will receive the return address of our supplier, which may be located outside the United States (China).

  3. Ship the item back at your own expense, including any applicable customs or shipping fees.

  4. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with track & trace.


Refunds

  • Once the returned item has been received and inspected at the return address, and approved for return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 30 days.

  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method.

  • Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.


Liability

  • Mila Jade Boston is not responsible for lost return shipments if tracking shows the package has been delivered to the provided return address.

  • Providing an incorrect shipping address is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Address changes or errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
